Telehealth Online Counseling

Growing up in rural Oklahoma, we had to drive 30 minutes to the grocery store or to see a doctor so I understand the additional investment that attending a therapy session can be if you live outside the Oklahoma City metro area. Choices for mental health providers in rural Oklahomans are so limited.  I am so glad to offer remote telehealth online counseling services to clients living in rural Oklahoma or to those whose schedules do not allow for in person appointments.

If you are interesting in having appointments remotely, please contact me to discuss how this option would work for you.

Frequently Asked Questions about Telehealth

What do I need to have a telehealth session?

All you need is an internet connection, no software and nothing to download. You can use a phone, computer, or any type of tablet. If you can stream a video then your connection should be strong enough for telehealth services.

Will my insurance pay for telehealth?

Most insurance companies do cover telehealth and at the same rate as traditional, in office appointments.  Contact your member’s services number to verify if they cover telehealth.

Can you see me if I live outside of Oklahoma?

No, because of licensing laws, I can only provide therapy to people who are in state of Oklahoma.
